Council Investiture 23 may '07

5 days ago...it was my council investiture. before the whole event, i rushed to the drums on a platform by the stage to practice my performance. My uncle, who is the school's AVA guy, and my dad was there to help me out. then i got ready and it was akward walking past the band with the council attire while they were wearing the band uniform. so then the event began and the councillors marched out while the band played POC (Pirates Of the Carribean). That was another akward moment. then Mr Lee gave the opening address. quite a good speech. then the GOH gave his speech. me and joel fell asleep. Then one by one we went on stage to accept our badge and certificate. When it was my turn the band cheered so loudly! THX TKBAND! so then i went backstage getting ready for my performance. I screwed up a little. But the funniest reaction from the crowd was when i played the music. the crowd at the back rised up to see what was going on. it was so cute. when the solo was over i was soo relieved. walking thru the school was so cool after that. alot of people approached me. Edmun Chen (mediacorp. artiste) and David Lee (former singpore goalkeeper) were there at the event. they were actually friends. I am friends with their sons. David Lee congratulated me for my performance. before i went home a father of a student approached my dad and congratulated him. like WOW! I could see it in my dad's eyes. He was proud of me. I'll tell you about my Cameron Highlands trip tomorrow...im going out now. BYE!!

Tiring Day

Alot happened today...And I mean ALOT! Firstly went to school and witnessed public caning. I am not going to elaborate on that. Then I went for mother tongue for abt 20 mins and then left for the hydrophonics farm. It is called "THE LEARNING JOURNEY" Like Wow! Sounds like an interesting field trip! but no...stupid plants grown by water and the instructor there forced me to eat the plant leaf (which tasted worse than SHITake)...In the bus i sat with Adrian and we were argueing abt bands.
He likes muse while I like AVENGED SEVENFOLD < THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS & MAROON 5. then i was bored and i dao-ed him all the way. When we arrived...we all looked tired and wanted to get the trip over and done with. Example...Oh oh... Summone is XTRA witha capital X (refering to the center, adrian)I'll show you summore pixx..

Then we went back home...*CORRECTION* school...
Ooopps...2 ppl tried to turn away but failed. If they had turned, i would have still done this ----> (From left, Jun Wei and Kevin and Nicole if you can see)
Then i slept in the bus and ate lunch when we arrived school. Then we went for sciene. It was rather fun because it was microbiology (study of bacteria). Then i went for council rehersal blah blah blah and then band and then played basketball and then went home...=) ~END~
